Renewal of the timing of the auction

Hello,
I wonder if it is possible to have this type of function :I launch an auction for let say 1 hour with a specific price. If someone place a bid, then the timing is relaunch for another hour and so on … until nobody place a bid and the last timing drop down to 0. In this case, the person that has placed the last bid will get the auction.
