Renewal link sent to users won't work

Can you tell me a bit more?
– Version of BD?
– Version of WP?
– Is this happening with all renewals or just the one email?
– Are you using any custom permalink structure?
– Are you using any plugins that affect the .htaccess settings and possibly restrict access to the renewal URL?
– Are you testing the renewal as the user, admin or both?

BD plug in is up to date as is WP version. Have tested this with two different directory entries to two different email addresses. No custom permalink structure. Tested the renewal as both admin and user. I am not aware of anything that would restrict access.

OK. Can we get admin access to your site to continue digging into this?

I am having exactly the same issue on my site.

Your renewal ID is invalid message is displaying for both my FREE Listing customer who received the following link:

https://weekendbroward.com/best-bands-in-south-florida/?action=renewlisting&renewal_id=48.

And, I used the link from his FREE directory listing, which gave me a different ID but the same message. I have no idea how many other listing owners are receiving e-mails telling them that their listing is about to expire because my listings are always set to NO EXPIRATION DATE.

No matter which of the above URL’s are used, the message says:

Your renewal ID is invalid. Please use the URL you were given on the renewal e-mail message.

I am using BDP version 3.2.3 and WordPress version 3.6.1.

Sorry that you ran into this–can you provide the same access requested above so we can look into this? This doesn’t sound like normal or correct behavior so we need admin access to sort it out.
