Renewal is not extending expiration date

  • When members renew, Paypal successfully returns the user to our site, but the member’s expiration date is not incremented.

    PayPal IPN is enabled. The IPN Log shows a transaction, but the Result is “Invalid.”

    What does this mean? How can we debug this?
