Rendering with pieces missing

I’m trying your plugin and am finding that the PDFs are being rendered with pieces of the documents missing. Some of the images leave blank spaces only. On reload, some of the missing pieces are shown, and other pieces are missing. I never get the entire document.

I’m using a three page document, originally about 1.5 MB. I’ve tried substituting a version that has a smaller file size too, just 810 KB. The document renders properly in other PDF viewers and Adobe Acrobat.

Any suggestions for troubleshooting this issue? (It is on a private development server so I can’t provide a URL for you to see the problem; sorry.)
