Hello all, i would like to ask for help. On my site i use music player which is important for my site. It plays music, the site ( https://www.djrecords.cz) is music store. The player has “peak files”, are important for play music when user trigger play.

I have got trouble with tablet and mobile resolution – and peak files. The issue is when click more than 15+ times on category or home page for reload or move on, those peak files disappear – on desktop i found no issue. I tried to find solution, spent a lot of time but found nothing. I deactivated a lot of plugins, this problem is also when only OceanWP theme, Woocommerce and this music player plugin are active. Lucky i am i changed theme and there was no issue.. But i would like to do not change this theme.. I did back up database, i did try to use older OceanWp theme, but same problem. When i am logged as Admin and visiting the site, same issue. I would be very thankful for help..

Those peak files are trigged by JV script, this peak file is something like waveform of the music.

I didn’t quite understand the issue you have. Can you please provide more details and what you want to achieve?

How can I replicate this issue on the front end of your website(where and how)?

About the issue you have raised on this topic:

The issue is when click more than 15+ times on category or home page for reload or move on, those peak files disappear – on desktop i found no issue.

By clicking 15 times, do you mean this happens after playing 15 songs? Technically since it’s not an ajax loader, so you can’t click on category or home page 15 times, with the first click it’ll reload the page or redirect you to other pages.

I could not find system info of theme, i have Ocean Wp Version: 3.1.4, any advice where to find it?

Thank you for sharing the video.
Please try to check your issue on another device.

I’ve checked the issue you have raised on this topic and didn’t see that issue on my end. Also, I’ve tested it on some simulator devices and didn’t see that issue on that tools.
