Rendering Different Languages via Shortcode Issue

Hello,

When I use the shortcode to render different languages as I want a character in between each language, the shortcodes display fine. My default language is English so English is always selected. The format looks like this:

English ? Espa?ol?? 简体中文?? Filipino

However, the issue is when you click on another language. When clicking on another language besides English, the format changes and there is no separation between the languages and the character symbol I have to separate each one. For example, clicking Espanol the format looks like this:

English?Espa?ol?简体中文?Filipino

As you can see, the spaces are ignored when switching to a different language. When you switch back to English, everything becomes fine again. Other than that issue, the languages display fine.
