Rendering block failed (HTML)

    When I want to insert an HTML block in the newsletter, an error message appears “Rendering block failed”.
    I can’t find anything in the error log.
    I tried disabling all plugins to avoid a conflict, but no.
    I don’t know how to fix this problem?

    Hi, without logs is impossible to diagnose the problem. The server error logs should report something for a fatal error.
