Render shortcodes in all custom content

I would like to have a shortcode rendered in the custom content:Before Form, however if shortcode is added here it just displays the shortcode text.

However it does render the actual shortcode if add to the Before Submit Button field.

Is it possible that all the custom content filds will render the shortcode?
