Rencontre Premium, change of membership status

    A membership status change question.
    What happens if all members for a start are granted free memberships, not a trial period, and admin after a while decides to close the free membership option, and replace it with either a free trial period, or paid membership.
    Will this affect all members, also the members already registered or only new members.
    Is is also possible to extend existing free trial members period?

    The reason I am asking is, that I have been working on another dating plug in, and it could not handle these changes for existing members, which of course is of greatest importance. Will it be possible to send out newsletters with special offers, like one week free trial or special discounts?

    No free trial period option?

    Hi,

    The free category is the default. If the free category becomes payable, members will no longer have access to the dating part but their account will remain.
    If you change again to a free access, members will be able to access.

    There is no free trial access, just free trial category.

    So I can’t offer new members a month free trial from registration day, as I had hoped
