Tried deleting entire contents of wp-security-rename-login-feature.php just to see if that would fix the error and it does, however, i just get a blank white page now when visiting the login page.

I highly recommend that you never delete source code from the plugin files.
If you’ve modified any AIOWPS files, then you should delete your current version and re-install a fresh one.

Have you tried deactivating the rename login page feature and using the cookie based brute force feature instead?

I was not able to deactivate the login page feature because I am not able to login to the blog anymore. I will deactivate the plugin entirely I guess and see if I can reactivate and get back in. Thanks.

I was wondering about this to.. I tested the change login url on some test websites, and it works good. But before I want to make this change to my main website I was wondering, if it does not work and I cant login anymore, how can i fix it?

The change is not in the /httacces file.. Does turning off and then turning it back on work? Because normally it remembers your last settings.

Bakkie, you can FTP in and rename the folder that this plugin is installed in (all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall) and that will deactivate the plugin. Probably though, if its working on your test sites, it will work on your main website as well.

As suggested by nsanden, if you run into issues when trying to log back in you can easily deactivate the plugin by renaming the folder using FTP.

Then, after you are able to login you can rename the plugin folder back to the original name and then turn that feature off after activating AIOWPS again.

To fix this issue, you need select only one set to protect your login page.
If you selected two ways to protect your site then you will get error.
So in this case , you will only remove the new code for htaccess file then you can login to your site and then activate only one way to protect your login page.

    That’s all.
