Renaming "Continued"

    Hi!
    Is there option to rename “Continued” in to something else like “Read More”, or some my language words? I try editing content-fullpost.php and content-fullpostfull.php and renaming “Continued” to something else, but it still shows “Continued” on my main blog page..

    Where do I need to look?
