Renamed Home URL and now can’t get to Admin

The blog was running wonderfully.
Experimenting on the OPTIONS page, I renamed the Home URL from https://www.skirace.net to https://www.skirace.net/?page_id=10

Now I can’t log into ADMIN as when I enter https://www.skirace.net/wp-admin I am redirected.

I need to rename my Home URL to https://www.skirace.net. In my current situation, as I can no longer reach the OPTIONS page, how can I do this?
