Rename user avatar

I’d like to rename user avatars according to user name.
But after long searching through the database I didn’t find any bunch of keys UserID – AvatarID(ProfileImageID) or hooks to update it.
It returns only image profile url but this is not enough to update it.
The only decision to do it was to reupload images in the admin panel.
So could you help me is there any hooks to do it or where I can find in database ID of user avatar?
