    Hi,

    I follow the advise in the link below to rename the names of the membership levels, without success.

    Rename the membership levels

    The rename of the label in Dashboard -? s2Member? -? General Options -? Membership Levels/Labels is OK, but these change are not reflected in other part, e.g. roles.

    I wish that I can submit some images to clarify the result, but don’t know how.

    However, I have done the following:
    1. Rename the level labels. This is OK.
    2. Check the role using “Capcity management” plugin. The roles still showing s2Member Level 1 and not Planner as I have change for this level;
    3. Check my registration page and it still showing “s2Member Level1”;

    I tried to empty the caches. No help;
    I tried to deactivate and then activate the s2member plugin; at reactivation, all labels are rename to the original, so I change them again, but nothing showing as the label re-defined in s2Member? -? General Options -? Membership Levels/Labels.
    The “Yes, force wordpress to use my labels” is checked in all cases.

    Does some one know how to get this done? is it something related to the meta data?

    Thanks, Henry.

    I am not familiar with the “Capacity Management” plugin.

    Have you tried using the Capability Manager Enhanced plugin?

    Hi KTS915,

    I’ve tried the Capability Manager Enhanced (current version at this moment) as you have mentioned and the result show no changes in the list of the membership labels.

    I used wordpress 3.8.1
    S2member current version : 140328
    Capability Manager Enhanced version: 1.5.1

    In that case, I think the most likely cause is a conflict with another plugin (or, possibly, the theme). Could you try deactivating them all except s2member and Capability Manager Enhanced, switching to the twentyfourteen theme, and see if it works then?

    If it does, then reactivate each plugin one by one to see if you can identify the problem.

    Hi KTS915,

    Thanks for your tips.
    I found out that the “WP roles at registration” plugin didn’t picking up the changes in S2Member. The “Capability Manager Enhanced” showing the correct roles changed (I was overseen this).

    I want to show few roles so that the new user can pick their own role during the registration. Do you know any other better plugin that shows the list of roles in the registration form?

    Thanks a lot, Henry.

    I’m afraid that I don’t know of such a plugin (though I’m not saying that one doesn’t exist, just that I am not aware of one).

    I think you could accomplish what you want using s2member’s Pro Forms, provided you’re happy to use PayPal, because they allow you to add (or remove) custom capabilities to the member level that the user is purchasing.

    Hi KTS915,

    I also noticed that if I define a new role in “Capability Manager Enhanced”, then “WP roles at registration” will pick that up and show it correctly in his list, but the labels from S2Member can’t be shown.

    Thanks, Henry.

    HI,

    I don’t have any problem to purchase the Pro version, as long as it can do what I want and i’m not sure if it can show the roles on the registration form.

    Where should I ask? Thanks.

    I would go to s2member.com and choose Help/Docs. There are are some pre-sale FAQs there but, if they don’t help, then choose Contact a Human for an authentic response.

    Good luck! I hope it works out!
