Rename profile tabs

Hi, is there any way to change the names of the default profile tabs (About/Posts/etc)? I have found an online forum that says I can change the value ‘name’ => __(‘About’,’ultimatemember’) in um-filters-profile.php, but this may be out of date, because I can’t find ‘name’ => __(‘About’,’ultimatemember’) in this file.

Alternatively, is there a plugin that can do it? I know there’s a plugin that allows me to add custom tabs, but I am hoping to keep the content of my current tabs exactly the same; just change the name.

Apologies in advance, but I’m not a coder – if there’s any “for dummies” option, that would be excellent!
