Rename or organize tabs

    Is there a way to rename or organize tabs on [supportcandy] shortcode page? Looking to personalize the tab names that makes more sense to our use case. Instead of New Ticket, we want to call New Task etc.

    You can rename those labels through translation. You need to translate those strings into PO files. Please create a PO file for your language and make the changes.
