Rename Login Page removes “or email” from Username field label

Just discovered and confirmed today that when the Rename Login Page feature under Brute Force protection is enabled the label “Username or email” changes to “Username” on the login dialog.

Respectfully, there needs to be an explanation for this change or it needs to be corrected to the default WordPress label since 4.5
