Rename “Buy Now” button – Pricing Table

@7thcircle In the editor, click directly on the Buy Now button until you see the flashing cursor. Then you can delete the default text and add your own.

Thanks @susannelson, that worked. A tad clunky in the config (too many clicks to make it work) but as always the community has come to the rescue.
