Rename blog name? Sounds easy?

    Well this has not been easy for me. I have searched high and low..
    What i did wrong is used CAPITAL letters for the blog name at time of install. I have looked through the settings and changed the name there to lowercase however the title remains in caps. I looked all through the db with no luck. I just want to change the Home page title BROADBAND LAPTOPS to Broadband Laptops. All the other pages are not a problem. Please look. Thanks
