rename and sorting the filter

You should be able to change the text of the plugin with Say What. Just to confirm, did you use the following text domain?

The text domain to use is woocommerce-extra-product-sorting-options

Also, can you please let me know the text string(s) you used so I can attempt to make the change on my local site?

Regarding your second question on sorting, to clarify, are you looking to sort by name AND then price? Can you please give a bit more information as to how you are looking to do the sort you referenced?

i did use the text domain, but i dont really know what text string to use.

for question 2 : at the moment Newness is at top , and sort by sales at the bottom, can i change the order of the sorting options?

Did you happen to change the name of the new sort order to Newness? Would you please go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog and send a screenshot of the settings in place on the settings panel on the left?

I requested the screenshot to see if the Newness option was listed in your Default product sorting options. The term Newness isn’t part of the sort options, so I thought you may have typed that in as sort option at some point, which you could then select from the dropdown and type in a new name, similar to this:

The term Newness is not a term used within the plugin. Is this the exact term that is being used? Would you please send the link to your site so I can take a look at the sorting options and see the terms there?

Thank you for sharing the link to your site. When looking at the sort methods, these appear to be part of the sort / filter portion of the Savoy theme. I took a look at their demo and see that the term Newness is also displaying in their default sort options:

In order to change these terms, you may want to reach out to the support team for Savoy to see if they can assist in changing the terms and sort options, as these seem to be proprietary to the theme itself.

Can you please let me know if the Savoy support team has a solution for changing this for you?
