Removing whitespace between primary top menu and page title

Hello, These forums have been a big help on former problems but I can’t seem to get this one fixed. I tried the css codes recommended in past postings but it’s not working for me.(i’ve put them in the additional css window) Updated plugins and themes – storefront,woocomerce,free elementor. using windows 8.1 and firefox 72.0.2

I’m ok with whitespace on the home page. I’d like to reduce the whitespace between the primary menu and page title on the other pages. I especially need the reduction on the gallery page so more of the thumbnails are visible with less scrolling.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
