Removing 'welcome to' from blog title

    How do I remove the ‘Welcome to’ before my blog name in the logo above the transparent header – for some reason I can’t find an option to do it and when I tried to do it directly in the database it messed up everything

    In the appearance > theme options > home slider settings. you can set the whole title and subtitle right there. Let me know if that is’t working for you.

    how i can remove “welcome to” when the slider is off and only image header in loaded? thank

    as I said I have not turned on the slider but the photo background of the head . I do not find any fields to eliminate welcome to , I use pinnacle free

    The home slider defaults to page title and default for that is a welcome message. If you go go Theme Options > Home Slider Settings you can edit/remove this message beside Home Page Title. Do you see this?

    I may have found something that can help us :
    with worpress 3.9 is visible the field with a welcome message
    with my wordpress 4.2.2 no

    I can try to turn off plugin or reinstalling the theme

    I would start by deactivating plugins. Are you also using the latest version of the theme ( 1.2.8) ?

    well, I disabled the plugin and reinstalling the theme , but nothing changes . then I realized , I do not want the slider so I left the field empty slider instead have to leave the “page title” value, so you can also see the field “welcome to ” sorry… but now I have another question …. in the next post
