Removing vote button Poll..

  • Hi everybody..
    Does anybody knows hoe to make simple yes or no question on one of my pages ( like for termine appointment ( are you customer?yes or no))
    I try it with wp-poll plugin but I dont know how to remove Vote button and leave the question alone!!
