Removing version 4.0.5 fails

    Unfortunately with version 4.0.0 a bug was introduced which causes an error when you want to remove the plugin.

    This was fixed with version 4.0.6. If you installed version 4.0.5 and don’t want to use the plugin any longer, please update to a newer version and you should be able to remove it without any issues.
