Removing users from multisite

You need to delete the users from the Network admin menu – https://domain.com/wp-admin/network/users.php

Thanks, jkhongusc. I actually didn’t see that network menu or have access to it because I changed the username and didn’t realize that WordPress stores the users who have access to it by a username string instead of the users ID.
