REmoving unconfirmed subscribers and limiting emaila

    I have two problems
    .Though I can individually delete unconfirmed email subscribers, I cant see how to delect ALL of the unconfirmed subscribers and delete them (there are thousands).

    Also I need to have this send out emails ONLY after midnight UK time and until, say 8am… Cant figure out how. It is set to use cron – every hour.

    HELP – this is using too many resources…
