Removing top buttons

I think you’re looking for DataTables’s dom option. This becomes datatables_dom in the shortcode, as per the Other Notes page.

Thanks. I used datatables_dom=”false”… which removes everything, all the buttons, the search, and the column sort ability. Maybe there is something more specific that notes the buttons only?

Add the following shortcode to the gdoc shortcode:

datatables_dom=”Blfrtip”

Each letter represents a dom option and the “B” apparently represents the button option although it isn’t in the datatables dom documentation. If you don’t want any buttons, remove the “B”. Refer to the doc for the purpose of the other letters.

The buttons themselves are part of the Buttons extension, so the B string is documented in the basic examples for the Buttons extension.
