Removing Top Bar Title

Do you want to remove it from all pages? Then you can disable the title bar in the Customizer under Header area > Header settings > Titlebar.

If you want to remove it only from specific pages you can hide it via CSS with the following code.

.page-id-X .titlebar {
  display: none;
}

You can find out the page id if you edit the page/post. It is in the URL, e.g. post.php?post=2&action=edit where 2 is the page id.
