Removing {{TITLE}} {{TITLE}} from my page

I have used your widget on several other sites and I absolutely love it, however this time it’s showing up with this {{TITLE}}{{TITLE}} that I’m not sure how to get rid of. Any advice and help would be appreciated! Thank you so much!
