Removing the text under the comments for my posts

Add this code to Theme Options – Other – Custom CSS to hide allowed HTML tags in comments.

.form-allowed-tags {
    display: none;
}

I have another issue with the travelify theme.
I would like to have an header with slider imagines that can link to some posts.
How can I do that? do I need any plug in? What do you suggest?
