    Thank you for this plugin!
It works the first time without any errors.
There are few links that I have to fix manually and that’s fine.
I’m using it basically for data preservation instead of backup and less for testing.
    My Question –
When I’m done and have no need any more for the staging site I would like to delete it in order to conserve space. I can delete the sub-directory to reclaim the space but how to I handle the DB associate with the staging site?
    Thanks

    Hi:-)

    Serious question:

Can’t you see the delete button?

    See: https://take.ms/gMqnB

Wish you a great christmas time

    Thanks!
    I did not see it.
    Works great, 5* from me.

@renehermi I need to know how to delete the staging environment manually, cleanly so as to leave no remnants of files or databases. Can you advise how and which files/folders to delete?

@agg2 delete all tables prefixed with wpstgX_ and delete the subfolder with the name of your staging site completely. Thats it.

    Cheers

@renehermi Forgive my question but I’m a newbie – can you please tell me how tables are typically removed? Where do I go and how do I do it? Thanks.

You have asked me how to do that manually. In that case you need to know how to use a database administration tool (phpmyadmin or adminer). Otherwise it’s not recommended to do it manually and you should use the “delete” button instead.

This will delete the tables which are in use by wp staging
