Removing the plugin su**s

    Why does the inactivation of the plugin revert my site to http and there is no other way to remove it? Seriously? Otherwise a good and working plugin messes up your site. I removed it before I used it because I managed my settings without it. Since I removed it my site is now messed up. Thank you!
