Removing the Mobile Search Bar?

  • Hi all, I recently switched over to stone for my latest project, and am loving it so far!

    The only thing I haven’t been able to figure out yet is removing/hiding the search bar in the mobile version of the site. I would prefer to use a plugin which allows me to change the color and customize it more.

    I have uploaded a screenshot of the mobile site previewed on my phone. And, of course, I am referring to the blue search bar running across the top.

    Hi Matt,

    Looks like you are using this theme on WordPress.com. I think that blue search bar is the standard search bar WordPress.com gives you on mobile. On a hosted version of this theme (www.remarpro.com) it shouldn’t be there because it’s a responsive theme.
