Removing the margin/border on Twenty Seventeen theme

I am using the Twenty Seventeen theme and I need help in removing the margin/border on the top and bottom of my site. It is indicated by a light gray line on both the top and bottom. My site is https://affena.com for reference.

Also, to reduce the padding size for both top and bottom. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
