Removing the ">>" from the header

Hi,

This may be on the forum because it seems like it would be a common thing for blog users to want to do. However, since i do not know how to phrase the question, it is hard to find the answer.

I am trying to remove the “>>” from my header. I did not like the fact that my blog name was coming up first when google indexed my site because people dont care about my blog name…they care about the article. So to optimize my chances of being clicked on through Google I removed the blog name from the header code. However, now i would like to removie the “>>”

I would like for my end product to look like ” Name of Article|GYGG
