Removing text from cart

Using: WooCommerce, WooCommerce Composite Products and TwentyEleven theme
if I put a product (default selection) in my cart via
https://www.kralenenmineralen.nl/product/uw-geselecteerde-armband/
I would like to remove the following text:

Uw geselecteerde kraalsoort:
Kraalsoort € 0,00 1 € 0,00

What should remain there is: Kraalsoort: Parel basis
aligned next to it’s thumbnail

Any views how I could do that?
