Sorry for the late reply.

Please copy and paste following line of code at the end of theme’s functions.php file.

add_filter( 'aamla_template_meta_tags', '__return_false' );

Side Note: Please use child theme (child theme’s functions.php file) or use Code Snippets. Making direct changes in main theme is not advisable as all changes will be lost on theme update.
