Removing table name

@wallaceemann Currently, league tables will automatically include the name of the table but I think this would be a great option to have. I’ve added it to our roadmap for consideration in the next update: https://github.com/ThemeBoy/SportsPress/issues/139

@brian, what is the status on this? I was actually hoping for the same. Will this be included in the next version? When is that due?
