Removing Subtitle from Header page

Good afternoon from Sunny Australia!,

I run two websites with the Sydney theme, one is a pro, the other a free version which I use for a landing page. I have a subtitle on my header on the free theme, which is showing the words ‘feel free to look around’. This has been carried over from the demo.

There is nothing sitting at all in the subtitle section of this header image and I am needing to remove it. I have also removed all the images and all of the heading text, to no avail.
