    Hi. Quick question.

I have the FS Contact Form plugin used on a ‘Contact Us’ page (which has a menu item on our blog). As a result, along with the contact form, there is a standard WP comment field below it for some reason. I actually have the same problem with one of the other pages accessed by our header menu (whereas the other pages from the menu do not have it).

I can’t see what is dictating whether those appear on the pages or not. Could anyone tell me what generates those, and how I could remove it?

(Originally, I thought this was a FS Contact Page question, but now I see it’s an overall WP thing, by the looks of it… but, still, I hope you don’t mind me asking)

Ugh… As is seemingly traditional for me, I discover the answer literally seconds after posting on a forum!

For those of you wondering, there are discussion settings (as well as other settings) on the Edit page that may be hidden by default. Just go to the Screen Options tab at the top right of the screen to reveal a checklist allowing you to hide/display each section. To remove the comment field put on a page, just uncheck the Allow Comments item in the Discussion section.
