Removing space between nav bar and header

On my website… https://www.scmweather.com I just upgraded to the latest version of the mystique theme. I had my previous version setup perfectly the way I wanted it, now, I have to try and fix everything again.

I want to remove the spacing above the header as well as below the header, between the navigation bar and the header.

I added into the CSS tab, where you make the changes to the CSS files, this bit of code that I read somewhere else…

#site-title{padding:0;}
#site-title #logo {line-height : 0;}
#header .shadow-right {padding-bottom: 10px;}

It still has not changed that space though. How can I get rid of that? Too bad I am not further along in my graphic design degree, I would probably be able to answer my own question. Help!
