Removing space above header?

Hi all, this is my first time posting here.. I need your help. I’m doing web site and I’m still building it, but I can’t get rid of empty space above the header? You can see it here https://www.fotodok.info

I’m using Advanced Newspaper theme… Any ideas?

I’m not expert with css and that kinda stuff, but I’m ready to do anything to fix it!
