Removing Spa Features

Hello!

The menu for this theme is great!

I’d just like to use that part of the theme for the home page. How can I remove all of the places for Spa Feature images?

Also, is there a listing of all of the codes/labels/names for all the the elements/parts/features of the theme (i’m not sure what things are called in code language). i’d like to be able to find things like spa_tag and thumb_slider.
