Removing Sorting Options and Custom Order for Products

Hi,

1) How do you remove the sorting options from a shop page? This is the home page https://www.alcockstackle.co.uk/ and I want to remove where i says how many products there are and the ‘Defeault sorting’ etc icon box.

This is also shown on the shop page here https://www.alcockstackle.co.uk/shop/ at the top so need that removing as well please.

2) How do you customise the order of products on the home page. Just simply flipping them to show latest products would be fine, but if you could custom order them then that would be great!
