Removing some elements on the Easy Digital Downloads product creation page

    Hello friends
    Recently, when I try to create a product (in EDD), I don’t see some sections. In fact, they disappeared.
    Here’s the before picture with everything right:

    And here’s the image now with some elements removed, including the shortcode:

    How can I solve this problem?

    Hey @dovitn

    At the top of the page click on the Screen Options link and see if perhaps those boxes are hidden. If they don’t show there at all try to deactivate all other plugins except EDD to see if perhaps another plugin is removing them.
