Removing “sold by vendor” from website only

    Hi, is there a way to have sold by vendor removed from everything the customer sees and have it just in the “New Order” email for our own records?

  • Hello,

    Currently there is no way to conditionally disable the sold by labels. The sold by meta is added to the order meta when the order is created. This is then automatically included for all emails. You would have to filter the emails you want to remove it from and then disable the sold by labels from showing on the front end.
