Removing slider scroll bar

  • I’m using the following to remove the slider scroll bar:

    .slider-container {
    overflow-y: hidden;
    width: 100%;
    }

    But it is no longer working. I was wondering if this has anything to do with the recent upgrade to wordpress 4.9

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
