Removing sitemap clutter?

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of all the clutter on the bottom of some of my pages (i think it’s a sitemap or something) I don’t know if it’s because of Jreviews or if it’s a Customizr theme issue but it looks awful.
PS, I’m really new at this so it the directions include changing a code please tell me where I can find it ?? I really appreciate it!
