I am having troubles removing the shipping state field from the WooCommerce form although in the country the website is focused on it creates a confusion with the costumers, and a bad customer experience.

Also, above that, WooCommerce in the end does not make the order at all.

When I try to create an order it just say that there is an issue with the delivery address, and that it is missing.

How to resolve the issue and make it work the way needed?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @aleks381

I am having troubles removing the shipping state field from the WooCommerce form although in the country the website is focused on it creates a confusion with the costumers, and a bad customer experience.

Thanks for reaching out! Just to clarify, is this the dropdown menu you wanted to remove: https://snipboard.io/qBy24i.jpg? If yes, check your shipping zone settings to limit sales and delivery to a specific country, if this is what you intend to achieve. If not, please share with us your plans for shipping so we can guide you further.

Here’s a documentation for managing your shipping zones in case you need it: https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/#adding-and-managing-zones

When I try to create an order it just say that there is an issue with the delivery address, and that it is missing.

Regarding the orders not being made, could you share the exact error message you receive when there’s an issue with the delivery address? That information will help us pinpoint the issue and guide you towards a solution.

    Looking forward to your response.

Actually not that field but another one instead. I have marked it in green on your image – https://prnt.sc/s_38x3HqTt1l.

Country and state fields are often confused, and I have an issue with the state field (marked with green) that I need completely out of the form.

As for not making the orders, I have found the plugin that created the conflict and disabled it, so it now works ok.

I just need that button off now.

    Hello Alex381

    Thank you for the clarification.

WooCommerce does not provide any options to remove the fields from the Checkout form.
You will either need custom code or a plugin to achieve that.

There is one popular plugin that may do this.
Please note that this is a 3rd party plugin and has a separate support forum.

Let me know if you have any questions. ??

    Best regards.
