Removing sentence in Auto-Response Email

Is there a way to remove
“This email was built and sent using Visual Form Builder”
in the response email after a a form has been submitted?

Also when the response email gets sent to the submitter the & (the business is Clifford & Raihala)looks like &amp (html code) in the “From” is there a way to correct that?
